Hello World

Every blog needs a hello world post, so here’s mine.

I’ve been meaning to get a personal site up for a while — somewhere to write about things I’m working on, ideas I’m chewing on, or just stuff I find interesting. This is it.

What to expect

Mostly engineering content. I work a lot with JavaScript, build tools, and web frameworks, so expect posts in that territory. But I’ll also write about process, tools, and whatever else ends up on my mind.

No fixed schedule. No newsletter. Just posts when I have something worth saying.

Why now

Partly because I wanted an excuse to set up a Hugo site and get familiar with it. Partly because writing is how I work through ideas properly. And partly because I figure if I put something out there, it’s harder to keep procrastinating on the next thing.

So — hello world. Let’s see where this goes.
